American Filtration Society

The American Filtration and Separation Society was established in 1987 when a committed group of leaders articulated a vision to form a society for the benefit of individuals and sponsoring companies involved in the filtration industry. This core of individuals took on the risks and responsibilities of establishing and promoting the benefits of AFS to potential constituents of the society. 

Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce


Established in 1773, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce is distinguished as the first municipal Chamber of Commerce in the United States and the longest continually operating business membership association.

 

Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce


For more than 100 years, the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce has been an advocate for area business and an integral part of the growth in Summerville and the surrounding areas.

 

Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)

IAQA is dedicated to bringing practitioners together to prevent and solve indoor environmental problems for benefit of customers and the public. The IAQA’s Pillars of Engagement include: Member Engagement, Communication and Connection, Education, Operational Excellence, and Collaboration.

 

International Facility Management Association (Upstate Chapter) The Upstate SC Chapter of the International Facility Management Association is one of 127 IFMA chapters around the world.  IFMA is the world's largest and most widely recognize international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 22,655 members in 78 countries.

 

Mechanical Contractors Association of SC (MCASC)

The Mechanical Contractors Association of South Carolina (MCASC) will be the leading construction association in South Carolina for specialty contractors and suppliers in the electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and plumbing fields by serving its membership, the industry, and the community in a vibrant and harmonious fashion.

National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) The National Air Duct Cleaners Association was formed in 1989 as a non-profit association of companies engaged in the cleaning of HVAC systems. Its mission was to promote source removal as the only acceptable method of cleaning and to establish industry standards for the association.

 

National Air Filter Association (NAFA)

The National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) is a dynamic, non-profit trade association. NAFA members include air filter and component manufacturers, sales and service companies, and HVAC and indoor air quality professionals across the United States and in several foreign countries.

 

National Safety Council


National Safety Council is a leader in workplace, home, and community safety. ​The National Safety Council provides tools, guides and access to the largest network of resources to keep everyone safer.

 

North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association (NCHEA)

Organized in 1952, the North Carolina Hospital Engineers Association (NCHEA), is a not-for-profit, incorporated association dedicated to serving and promoting the healthcare engineering profession. The Membership consists of healthcare facility managers, as well as, vendors, architects and engineers who have expertise or specific interest in healthcare.

 

Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)

Founded in 1948, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest HR membership organization devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries, the Society is the leading provider of resources to serve the needs of HR professionals and advance the professional practice of human resource management.

South Carolina Society of Hospital Engineers (SCSHE)

The South Carolina Society for Hospital Engineers is a personal membership group that leads the state in providing resources and training opportunities for hospital engineers, facility managers, and all persons involved in everyday operations and maintenance of the state's hospitals and medical centers.

 

Sumter Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, voluntary membership organization of over 1,100 members. A driving force behind economic development and community growth, the GSCC works with business owners, community leaders, elected officials, and dedicated volunteers to take action that moves the community forward and propels Sumter to success.
