Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager
Carolina Filters, Inc. is seeking an innovative strategic thinker to drive revenue by overseeing and executing sales and marketing strategies. This position will drive and grow revenue by identifying opportunities, analyzing industry competition, developing business strategies, applying best business practices, communication with current and potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales. This position will be responsible for maximizing the company's competitive position and its penetration of target markets.
Location
Sumter, South Carolina. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Duties
- Drives revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies and identifies growth opportunities in the filtration market.
- Provides strategic sales and marketing direction to maximize revenue.
- Ensures that marketing efforts support business needs as well as facilitates growth.
- Analyzes company wide sales performance and adjusts strategies and initiatives to meet projected sales goals.
- Effectively analyzes filtrating market conditions.
- Prepares and oversees sales and marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years sales management experience
- Experience in the filtration industry
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Proven leadership and sales team development skills
- Must be a strategic and analytical thinker
