EDM Filters

Electric Discharge Machining, also known as spark machining, is the process of using electric discharges (sparks) to erode metal to make complex shapes and sizes with hard metals that are to difficult to machine using traditional methods. During this process particles are removed from the workpiece by a series of current discharges between two electrodes that are seperated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage.

The EDM Filters are used to provide a clean surface for machining by removing particulate from coolant or water.
