IAQ Outside Customer Service Representative

 

Carolina Filters, Inc. a Sumter, SC  based polymer/fiber equipment cleaning and indoor air quality specialist organization is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of IAQ Outside Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

1) Assigned Customers
   a) Periodically review and analyze each customer sales history by service 
       category to determine which CFI services are sales opportunities to 
       increase penetration
   b) Develop a sales call cycle program, comprised of on-site visits and
       telephone calls, for each customer to include promotion of ongoing
       products and services, and new services to offer, an expansion of 
       customer contacts within multiple locations/areas.
   c) Execute the sales call cycle, and visit customer accounts two or more days
       per week.

2) General Sales Support and Quotations
   a) Create and maintain any special reports needed by customers as a "value
        added" customer service tool.
   b) Develop sales estimates and quotations for assigned customer.
   c) Provide site visit reports to both owners weekly.
   d) Evaluate existing sales management reporting with a view toward adding
       value to sales management, and active utilization by sales reps.
   e) Assist Owners with customer and sales estimates, quotations and sales
       call support, as needed.
3) Marketing Support
   a) Assist Marketing Manager, as needed, with marketing programs, trade
       shows, and promotional materials as an active member of the Marketing
       Team.
        

Qualifications

1) Previous Customer Service and Administrative experience
2) Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ACT
3) Superior Organizational Skills
4) E-mail knowledge - basic understanding, attaching files, forwarding, and
    archiving
5) Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
6) Previous experience with multiple-line phone system
7) Must work well with minimal supervision

Environment

1) Office environment
2) Hours of work: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some extended hours
3) Weekend work may be required
