Carolina Filters, Inc. sales liquid filter bags used on all types of applications. The common liquid filter bags are made of 4 categories of material. Multifilament mesh which is a low cost fabric that is made of small threads twisted together. Monofilament mesh which is a woven fabric with evenly distributed holes to offer more strength. Synthetic needle felt which offers more depth filtration and the ability to hold more solids then the average mesh bags. Microfiber, which is a meltblown polypropylene fiber that has an efficiency rating of 98% at 2, 5, 15, and 50 micron. We sell a wide range of liquid filter bags that include manufacturers such as 3M Cuno, Hayward, Parker, Ametek, Eaton, Rosedale, Krystil Klear, and many others.

Common Liquid Filter Bags

Standard 1 to 1500 micron rating range; glazed or singed bag finishes; rings and plastic flanged tops available; standard and reverse binding; custom bags are available to fit all OEM and custom housings; materials available: polyester felt, polypropylene felt, nylon monofilament, polyester multifilament, and polypropylene multifilament.
High Efficiency 99% efficient at 2, 5, 15 and 50-micron; large range of chemical compatibility; multiple layers to extend the life of the liquid filter bag; microfiber for oil absorbing properties.
Pleated Filter Bags Available media ranges from 1 to 200 microns; low pressure drop; greater surface area; postive sealing flange designs; made of polyester or polypropylene felt; used in commercial and industrial process fluid applications.

Custom bags are available to fit any type of application. Some special bags we offer are drawstring bags, Okuma rail bags, and oil absorption bags.
