• Provides oversight for total plant operations to include production, engineering, quality, scheduling, maintenance, inventory, shipping and receiving, and environmental departments.
• Reviews customer commitments and works with plant staff to ensure safe production, top quality and on time delivery.
• Budget development and administration.
• Actively supports organization's environmental, health and safety goals with a demonstrated commitment to plant-wide adherence.
• Develops and implements operational criteria and methods to track the achievement of plant objectives and measure productivity and efficiencies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of management experience in plant operations.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to effectively and professionally communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Project planning and management experience.
• P & L experience
• Proven leadership experience particularly in production management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams and drive plant performance.
• Solid computer/software skills
• Filtration experience is strongly desired.
