Graduates to Greatness

Carolina Filters, Inc. has been an annual participating partner in a wonderful program for high school seniors called Graduate to Greatness. This program is designed to help these students make informed decisions about their future, and gain important skills along the way.

The Graduate to Greatness program offers workshops for students to learn life-skills like public speaking, budgeting and time management. A final hosted event brings area colleges, businesses, and branches of the military to the students where they can practice those skills in an interview setting, and gain insights into what their future might look like.

As a proud participant in the program, Carolina IAQ and Carolina Filters have brought on incredible talents such as our own employee Terrell, a Class of 2022 participant Graduate to Greatness. He reflects, “I interviewed with four different companies, but Carolina Filters was the best match. Graduate to Greatness gave me more than a job.”
