New Vice President and General Manager of the PEC Division

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Bass to the position of Vice President and General Manager of the Process Equipment Cleaning Division at Carolina Filters. In her new role, Heather will assume responsibility for overseeing sales and operations with her proven leadership and expertise.

Heather joined Carolina Filters in 2020 as the Technical Services Manager, where she successfully managed the testing lab, customer data, and provided customer technical support. Her dedication and contributions led to her promotion in 2021 to Director of Technology and Business Development, where she assumed additional responsibilities in sales and customer service.

With a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and 15 years of prior experience in quality, environmental, and customer-facing roles in polymer manufacturing, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her new position.
